Prepare For Your Arrival...

Let Mountain High Concierge provide you with the feeling of being at home when you arrive at your resort mountain home or vacation retreat. We will arrange to have your heat turned on, the driveway plowed, your refrigerator stocked, your wine cellar replenished, fresh flowers to welcome you home, kindling in the fireplace, dinner reservations at your favorite restaurant, your mountain car refueled, and tomorrows lift tickets waiting for you.

While You Are Here…

Mountain High Enthusiast. Take advantage of our local resources when you arrive. We will reserve sporting equipment, arrange ski/snowboard lessons, cross country ski or dog sled tours, snowshoe adventures, and snowmobiling trips. In the summer, we will arrange for horseback rides, fishing, or tee times on the golf course.

Mountain High Above and Beyond. We are more than happy to run your errands and take care of your personal shopping. Whether it's a pet sitter, a house sitter, or a baby sitter, we are there for you. Other services include personal chef, masseuse, taxi service, prescription pick-up, dry cleaning services and more. Whatever you need, take advantage of our referral services from an extensive network of prescreened vendors.

Wish you Could Stay...

When it is time to return home, we make the transition easy for you. We arrange transportation service to the airport, thoroughly clean your mountain home and prepare it for your next visit.

While You Are Away...

While you are out of town let us take care of those mountain high chores so you can relax and look forward to your next visit. A program can be arranged so that twice a week a Mountain High Concierge representative will make an inspection of your home. The exterior check includes noting snow load, landscaping, siding and general condition. The interior inspection involves a check of your water, electricity, thermostats, doors, windows, heaters, and anything else that might be of concern to you. This is a preventative maintenance plan that has saved clients from exorbitant utility bills and costly water damage due to frozen pipes. This service will always be conducted within twenty-four hours after the departure of house guests. For the "I'm home" look while you're away, we can make your home appear to be occupied by alternating the lighting, opening or closing of any blinds and curtains, and bringing in the daily newspaper, mail, door deliveries and brochures. At your request only, we will note machine messages and erase them to give the illusion that someone is home and checking them (for longer periods away). We will also water your plants or any other minimal task that you request while in your home. We will take the time to do a thorough visual throughout your home to inspect for anything seemingly out of place or not in conformity. We will report any emergencies to the authorities immediately. These services are provided as monthly or year round contracts, and billed as such.

This program also entitles you to use our post office box to receive mail while you are away. We will hold onto your incoming mail, and deliver it to you the next time your in town.

If any action is needed, we will notify you immediately, and arrange for corrective action. Keep us informed, and we will maintain a record of when your home is being used, including arrival and departure dates.

Overnights: While house sitting is usually not necessary, some clients feel more comfortable having a person monitor their home during the night for a number of reasons. Overnights encompass all the routine check ups provided in above mentioned portfolio with the additional security of knowing someone is there protecting your home around the clock. At your request we will, or will not, answer the phone acting as a messaging service. It is Mountain High Concierge's policy to not reveal any information about you, your whereabouts, or your return schedule to anyone calling unless you clearly indicate that we should be informing someone. For an additional fee we will include shopping, light housekeeping or any other home services that we offer while we're there. Overnights require a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice and entry arrangements will be made at that time.
